Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Refunds & Credits
Registration for any training is not confirmed until registration is completed and payment is received in full.
Participants may cancel their registration in writing up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled training start date and time.
Cancellations received within this timeframe may choose one of the following:
A training credit, valid for one (1) year from the cancellation date
A refund, which may take up to 30 days to process
Once a training has started, including partial attendance, no refunds or credits will be issued.
No-shows and cancellations made less than 7 days before the training start date will be charged the full cost of registration and all associated fees.
Training seats are limited to ensure high-quality learning. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other participants from enrolling.
Registration may not be transferred to another individual without prior written approval from We R.I.S.E. New York.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to: werisenewyork@gmail.com
